Guests are required to leave the house as it was when they checked in. Any damage or necessity for professional cleaning will be deducted from damage deposit.
Only guests that are part of original booking may use houses or facilities. No parties or events without written permission from owner in advance and disclosed during original booking.

Owner are not to be held liable for guest accidents or lost or stolen property and by making reservation and payment you are accepting all terms for all guests in your party
Reservations require full payment a minimum of 7 days before arrival. There is a 3 night rental minimum most of the year and 5 night minimum during Christmas/New Years and Easter weeks.
There is a damage deposit of $250 per side. There is a $25 cleaning fee per wing after guests leave.
 A 50% refund of deposit for cancellation made 14 days or more prior to arrival. Otherwise no refunds.
Basic daily housekeeping is available. $25  per wing will include 2 hours maximum.
Transportation and tours can be arranged.
