The property can be used as one big  4  King bedroom 4 full bathroom  house that easily sleeps 12. 

Or  -2- completely separate 2 King bedroom 2 full bathroom houses that sleep up to 6 comfortably. Each has a living and dining area and a complete full size kitchen. One house has a small convection oven and the other has a microwave. Coffee maker; blender; rice cooker, in each house. Custom Concrete countertops and vanity tops with recycled glass throughout. One house has glow in the dark chips in the countertops and vanity tops.  All bedrooms have A/C  and all have ceiling fans. There are also 3 ceiling fans in the living area of each house. Cathedral ceilings at about 16-18' throughout the houses. Tons of windows and sliding glass doors with screens. Grohe shower fixtures. Master bathrooms have stained glass doors. 

The two living room sofas in each house are actually single beds with orthopedic mattresses and large cushions. Great for kids or adults. Push the two together and its another king sized bed.
There is  a large dining table in the pool area between the two wings that easily seats 10 and a table on the second floor that seats 4- 6. There is a solar heated semi warm jacuzzi that seats 5 and small but deep pool. Perfect for cooling off. The pool area is in the shade and  has 2 giant ceiling fans over the table. There is a giant skylight that lets a lot of light through the second floor into the pool area without the midday heat.  We have a second floor open area perfect for private sunbathing with no sand during the day, and dinner or stargazing at night.
There is cable tv, local telephone, and wifi in each house.
There are 2 outdoor showers. One located in front of the houses and one on the second floor sundeck. There is an outdoor barbeque.
All furniture constructed locally from solid Cedar.
Mango trees on property.
Tons of wildlife. Howler monkeys (Congos) visit all the time.
